The development, which sits within the Royal Oak Opportunity Area, forms part of an emerging vibrant neighbourhood adjacent to the North Acton Underground and overlooks the new public square proposed adjacent to the tube station.

Working as a subcontractor for CCL Construction Ltd, Interfix Drywall Ltd is responsible for a full drylining scope of works.

Stevenage - North Acton, London
This project is the conversion of an existing office building into 90 residential units for the Private Rented Sector as part of a Permitted Development scheme.
In 2015, working as a subcontractor for CCL Construction Ltd (Principal Contractor: Henry Construction Limited), Interfix Drywall Ltd completed all drylining works at the above project.
Waltham Abbey - Essex
In 2015 Interfix Drywall Ltd carried out drylining works at this residential complex consisting of 60 apartments. Scope of works included partitioning, wall lining, construction of suspended ceilings and tape and jointing.
Plough Road - Battersea, London
In 2014 - 2015 Interfix Drywall Ltd completed drylining works including partitioning, wall lining, construction of suspended ceilings and tape and jointing. The job was carried out on sub-contract basis, our contractor: CCL Construction Ltd (Principal Contractor: Henry Construction Limited)
Hilton Hotel - Bristol
In 2014 Interfix Drywall Ltd took part in construction of a new hotel, belonging to a hotel chain Hilton Worldwide. We undertook all drylining works, plastering and tape and jointing.
High Road Hounslow - Middlesex
In 2013 Interfix Drywall began working for CCL Construction Ltd. Hownslow High Road was the first job that we completed as a subcontractor of CCL Construction Ltd. Scope of works: complete drylining works to a residential complex consisting of 200 flats. Principal Contractor: Barroerock Group.
In addition to the above projects Interfix Drywall Ltd carried out construction works for other companies. Scope of works at smaller scale projects included construction of light gauge steel frame and installation of external rainscreen cladding systems.
